ECB All Stars & Dynamos returns to THCC

In our attempt to help nurture the next generation of cricketing talent in Turners Hill, All Stars Cricket and Dynamos Cricket returns for 2025!. These grassroots initiatives are designed to introduce children aged 5–8 and 8–11 respectively to the game in a fun, inclusive, and confidence-building environment.

All Stars Cricket, tailored for younger children, offers an energetic, eight-week introduction to the basics of cricket. Through fun-filled games and age-appropriate coaching, kids learn core skills like batting, bowling, and fielding. Each child receives personalised kit—including a bat, ball, and shirt—helping them feel part of the cricketing community from day one. The emphasis is on enjoyment, teamwork, and fundamental movement, making it an ideal entry point for first-time players.

Dynamos Cricket builds on that foundation for older children, with a focus on fast-paced, countdown-style cricket and team play. Participants develop a deeper understanding of the game, improve technical skills, and engage in match scenarios that promote decision-making and collaboration.

Both programmes are designed with accessibility at their core, welcoming children of all backgrounds and abilities. Parents are encouraged to get involved, creating a community spirit around local clubs and schools.
